15 MORNING ROUTINE OF EVERY SUCCESSFUL WOMAN

I will be sharing with you the 15-morning routines of every successful woman. This might seem like too much for you, so just pick 2 or 3 routines and gradually increase them until you have reached a set schedule that works just for you.

WAKE UP EARLY;

Waking up early gives you more than enough time to prepare for the day. Waking up as early as 5.00 am is very possible. It gives you a sound and agile mind to carry out daily activities.

 TAKE A MORNING JOG OR TRY YOGA;

You can decide what morning activity you would like to participate in. Whether you would have a ten minutes yoga or a fifteen minutes jog. It clears your mind and helps stretch your muscles. You can find free workout schedules on YouTube and well Instagram. Doing morning exercise helps to stretch your muscle and prepare you ahead of the day’s stress.

 DRINK WATER;

Water is super important to your body. Make sure you drink a glass of water before taking in anything. We wake up dehydrated; taking water hydrates us and helps flush toxins from the body. Another benefit is, water keeps us refreshed and ready for the day.

 MAKE YOUR BED;

Making your bed makes your room look really clean. And it will also make you happy when you come back from a stressed day to see a laid bed. I don’t know about you but, laid beds always call my name. Make your bed every morning.

REVIEW YOUR GOAL AND VISION BOARD;

You should have time every morning to review your goals and vision boards. It tells you whether you are on the right track or you need to improve your productivity. Having your goals accessible in your journal makes it easier to read and track your success.

CHECK YOUR E-MAIL;

Open your e-mail every morning before stepping out for the day. This extremely helpful if you are expecting a reply from a potential client or expecting certain deals. It keeps you on top of your game, helping you track your conversations. Checking your e-mail makes sure you are up to date with your schedule.

MEDITATE OR PRAY;

You can decide to do both or just one of them. Meditating gives you a clear mind on how you want the day to go, or if you are missing any vital information on your schedule. It also helps you reflect on yourself and give your mind a little peace. Take three to five minutes meditating depending on your time.

USE SKINCARE PRODUCTS;

Waking up early means you deserve a little pampering. Apply skincare products every morning. You need to have good skin to back up your hard work.

TAKE YOUR VITAMINS;

Having your vitamins in your morning routine is a must. It makes it easier because during the day you will be occupied and will be busy. Remember to only take vitamins recommended by your doctor.

EAT YOUR BREAKFAST;

Most people neglect the importance of breakfast. Breakfast is a very important aspect of your morning routine. It is also the first meal of the day. Eat light meals for breakfast like pancakes and oat also not forgetting to add fruits like apples, grapes, strawberries, and maybe bananas. All depending on your preferred choice.

LISTEN TO A PODCAST WHILE YOU WORK;

The best kind of podcasts to listen to every morning is the self-improvement podcast. Listen to a podcast that will inspire you to be a better person and become your best self. They are perfect for boosting your morale, giving you a positive attitude to start the day. If you have any lovely ones, do share in the comment section. Thank you.

TAKE AN HERBAL TEA, COFFEE OR A SMOOTHIE;

This is totally up to you. Choose your favourite and relax for a few minutes. Reflect on your activities. If you even have enough time, post a positive affirmation on your social as a good luck charm to start the day

LET THE SUN IN;

Opening the curtain and letting the sun in makes us remember that it is morning already. The fresh ray of sunlight will remind us of the start of a new day.

WRITE 3 THINGS YOU ARE GRATEFUL FOR;

Gratitude journaling is something everyone should get into. You might feel silly at first but it will make you appreciate things more and help you have a positive attitude towards life.

CHECK YOUR SCHEDULE BEFORE STEPPING OUT;

Having your week planned is to your advantage. You don’t have to keep everything in your head. One way or the other you might forget something. Your weekly schedule helps you follow up with your daily activities. And the best part is it increases productivity.

  3. Awesome tips! It's important for me to have an intentional morning because it sets the tone for my whole day. My favourite thing to do is have my coffee alone (no kids) on the couch and just sit. But often I make my coffee and head to my computer. I think I'll try prioritizing the quiet time more :)

  5. With being home for the last year due to the pandemic, I no longer have a morning routine. I usually sleep as long as I'd like and just jump right in to working on my blog and social media. I've been thinking of waking up earlier, just to have quiet time alone and to get some exercise or yoga in before I start the day. I like your suggestion of finding 3 things you are grateful for.
